All teachers are teachers of writing,

When children take dance lessons, their
instructors are dancers. When they want to learn to paint, an
artist instructs them. Likewise, they take their piano and
violin lessons from musicians. But who teaches our kids to
write?
Teachers.
And the reality is that most teachers have not been practicing writers
since their own days in school.
